“Criminals have targeted supermarkets across so-called “melbourne” this week, stealing hundreds of essentials – staple foods, toiletries, cleaning products, etc. The stolen goods were redistributed to the community in front of a Coles store.

This action was a response to the recent murder of Kumanjayi White in Mparntwe, so-called “alice springs”. Coles is complicit in the genocide of First Nations peoples, through its violently enforced commodification of a basic human need. We act in solidarity with his family and their demands for justice. As the primary targets of colonial violence, First Nations communities will always be at the forefront of resistance against this genocidal occupation. The disproportionate criminalisation of Indigenous peoples on this continent is an explicit example of colonial domination. Violence is central to the functioning of the so-called “australian” settler colony; the system is working exactly as intended.

There should not be a day of peace for white settlers – resistance against this occupation is an obligation. Your privilege in the ‘justice’ system is inexcusable. Sacrifice your comfort for decolonial liberation. Steal and redistribute … Get it the fuck together!
